This is the ECC CKI Membership Application form.
New Deadline: November 20th
Being an official member has it's benefits including, but not limited to following:
- Opportunity to attend District Events (ex. Fall Training Conference, District Convention)
- CKI ID Card with member number
- CKI Pin
- Discount on Club Shirt when turning in with application
- Keep records of your hours
